Alexander Fishberg, MD received his medical degree at the University of South Florida and did his residency at the Hinsdale Hospital in Chicago.  For the past 15 years, he was the Associate Program Director at Florida Hospital Family Medicine Residency were he delivered babies, cared for children and adolescents, their parents and grandparents.  He has clinical appointments with Florida State University and the University of Central Florida. At the University of Central Florida, he serves as a reviewer for their online publication, the Flagship. He is a sought after speaker regionally and nationally. He has taught colonoscopy and esophagogastroduodenoscopy to almost a generation of family physicians and is the  President of the American Association for Primary Care Endoscopy. He lives in Orlando with his wife and two children.

Josie Sloman, APRN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with Primary Care Specialists of Florida. For the past twelve years, she has specialized in women’s and children's health by providing newborn care, acute care of sick children and infants, the care of postpartum women, and the care of women with gynecological issues in the inpatient hospital setting.

Josie earned her Master of Science in Nursing at American Sentinel College of Nursing Health and Sciences at Post University. She has worked in the hospital setting for the past twenty-four years, and during this time she has learned how to listen carefully to her patients and their families. She understands that each patient has an individualized healthcare need, and understands the importance of patient advocacy. Josie collaborates with other providers and specialists to ensure her patients receive optimum care.

Josie values family, health, and an understanding of how to optimize health and wellness. She has a loving supportive husband, a son attending the University of Florida majoring in Computer Science, and a daughter in high school who participates in dance performances and competitions. She also has a little Shih Tzu named Oreo that she adores.

I was born in the former USSR before moving to Canada where I earned my Bachelor's Degree as a  Registered Dietician from Ryerson University.  I enjoy a healthy lifestyle starting with clean eating, weight lifting, swimming and my home gym.  In my spare time, I love decorating the home and taking the kids to the beach to enjoy the sun, sand and waves.

In the past, I worked in several positions like banking, that involved speaking diirectly to people.  As a Medical Assistant, I get to meet all our patients, young and old.  It will be my pleasure to help you too.  I enjoy living the healthy lifestyle and intermittent fasting.  I play the piano and live in Orlando for several years.  My husband, daughter and I are first time home owners and my family is my joy.

Facebook and other social media liaison especially working to help Russian Speaking people navigate the healthcare system in the USA.  Also as Practice Advocate, I forward viable ideas from patients to the practice leadership as a way to continually improve the office patient experience.

My name is Tatiana, and I was born in Baku, Azerbaijan. After completing my high school education, I pursued higher studies at the Azerbaijan Oil Academy and graduated with a degree in engineering. In 1994, I made the decision to relocate to Moscow, Russia.

I have always been passionate about exploring new opportunities and challenging myself, which is why I made the move to the United States a little over a year ago. Currently, I reside in the city of Orlando, where I have immersed myself in learning the English language, embracing the rich American culture, and connecting with a diverse range of people.

My background and extensive experience in sales have equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in new environments. I am committed to continued personal and professional growth, and I am excited about the prospect of exploring new career opportunities and making meaningful contributions in my new home in the United States. I am driven by a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a genuine passion for connecting with others, and I am looking forward to the exciting journey ahead.

I was born in Pyatigorsk, Russia, and moved to the US in 2011. After graduating from UCF with a degree in Biomedical Sciences, I have been working towards becoming a physician. I am passionate about serving the underserved communities, especially the Russian-speaking community of Florida, a population that I am uniquely equipped to care for and one that is personally meaningful.

I am also a mom of 2 children and enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with my family.

Office Manager - Currently on Sabatical
As the office manger I hold many role; however, my favorite office role is meeting patients and getting to know who they are as people.  I recently graduated with my Masters Degree in human resources, and looking at starting my PhD in 2023.
I’m humble, motivated, and treat everyone equally and respectfully. I love staying busy, even after hours.   I enjoy working out, and when I have time getting caught up with all 20 of my t.v. shows and movies on Netflix, Hulu, and HBO.
