Alexander Fishberg, MD received his medical degree at the University of South Florida and did his residency at the Hinsdale Hospital in Chicago. For the past 15 years, he was the Associate Program Director at Florida Hospital Family Medicine Residency were he delivered babies, cared for children and adolescents, their parents and grandparents. He has clinical appointments with Florida State University and the University of Central Florida. At the University of Central Florida, he serves as a reviewer for their online publication, the Flagship. He is a sought after speaker regionally and nationally. He has taught colonoscopy and esophagogastroduodenoscopy to almost a generation of family physicians and is the President of the American Association for Primary Care Endoscopy. He lives in Orlando with his wife and two children.
Elena Goloubeva, NP-C is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with added interest in gerontology. She received her Masters Degree in Nursing at the University of South Florida and has extensive medical background and experience working in inpatient care setting including intensive care, surgery, and bariatric surgery. Elena believes in great value of lifelong learning and has a great passion for providing the best possible care to her patients. She also is a proud mom of a recent medical school graduate. She lives in Orlando with her husband, and enjoys spending time with her family, friends and a dog.
Office Manager
As the office manger I hold many role; however, my favorite office role is meeting patients and getting to know who they are as people. I recently graduated with my Masters Degree in human resources, and looking at starting my PhD in 2023.
I’m humble, motivated, and treat everyone equally and respectfully. I love staying busy, even after hours. I enjoy working out, and when I have time getting caught up with all 20 of my t.v. shows and movies on Netflix, Hulu, and HBO.
I was born in the former USSR before moving to Canada where I earned my Bachelor's Degree as a Registered Dietician from Ryerson University. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle starting with clean eating, weight lifting, swimming and my home gym. In my spare time, I love decorating the home and taking the kids to the beach to enjoy the sun, sand and waves.
Medical Assistant
In the past, I worked in several positions like banking, that involved speaking diirectly to people. As a Medical Assistant, I get to meet all our patients, young and old. It will be my pleasure to help you too. I enjoy living the healthy lifestyle and intermittent fasting. I play the piano and live in Orlando for several years. My husband, daughter and I are first time home owners and my family is my joy.

I was born in Pyatigorsk, Russia, and moved to the US in 2011. After graduating from UCF with a degree in Biomedical Sciences, I have been working towards becoming a physician. I am passionate about serving the underserved communities, especially the Russian-speaking community of Florida, a population that I am uniquely equipped to care for and one that is personally meaningful.
I am also a mom of 2 children and enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with my family.
